For the successful implementation of our one to one program at St Luke's, it is important we set the children up for success. They will need to be familiar with how to operate their device, use required programs effectively, how to set up a folder structure for saving and back up, and understand the importance of internet safety and acceptable use of online tools. The students will receive their laptops on Wednesday, 6th February. During Weeks 2 and 3 a series of lessons will be implemented by Mrs Crilly, Mrs Graham, Mrs Baker and Miss Vine that focus on the above areas. The laptops will not be sent home until we are sure the children are well on their way to using them responsibly and have some degree of efficiency.
